Legrand joins the Engage & Care Corporate Coalition alongside 12 other international companies
12 International companies, led by L'Oréal, including The Adecco Group, AXA, Bouygues, EDF, Engie, L-Acoustics, Legrand, Michelin, Monnoyeur, Orange, Sanofi, join forces and together create the Engage & Care Corporate Coalition, on 10 June 2025, to promote fair and decent living and working conditions for their employees, and thus foster social justice around the world.

Legrand has published its 2024 gender equality index with a score of 93 points out of 100, stable compared to 2023 and up 8 points since 2018, when the index was first published.
