Legrand's current 2019-2021 CSR roadmap demonstrates the Group's commitment to continuous improvement. Each priority is associated with a numerical target and is measured via consolidated indicators. Legrand's CSR performance and its integrated performance, can therefore be tracked accurately.

Tracking Legrand's CSR performance
An organised process
Progress tracking with respect to the CSR objectives is carried out via an organised process for the reporting of extra-financial data.
On the one hand this process involves the entities and countries, which are directly responsible for feeding in the data, and on the other hand it involves the Functional Departments and Strategic Business Units (SBUs)*, which are in charge of analysing the data. The CSR Department is in charge of consolidating them and then comparing them to the commitments stated in the roadmap.
Thanks to CSR reporting, the various units can take advantage of good practices and share them with the rest of the Group.

Roadmap progress and extra-financial results
Legrand's extra-financial performance shows its CSR roadmap progress, as well as key indicators for measuring the Group's CSR achievements.
These are published annually. Since 2015, Legrand has also published an integrated report whose purpose is to describe the Group's strategy, governance, and performance, as well as the environment in which it operates, with a view to creating value in the short, medium, and long term.
