Legrand strengthens its positions as world champion in datacenters with the acquisition of Linkk Busway Systems in Asia

Legrand is pursuing its active bolt-on acquisition strategy with today’s announcement of Linkk Busway Systems¹.

Linkk Busway Systems is an Asian reference specialist in power busbars, particularly for datacenters’ grey space. Based in Malaysia, in Beranang, Selangor, Linkk Busway Systems employs over 240 people and generates an annual revenue of around €45 million.

UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT 2024

Legrand's Universal Registration Document was filed with the French Financial Market Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers) on April 9, 2025.

The Universal Registration Document includes, in particular, the annual financial report, the report on corporate governance presented in a dedicated section of the management report of the Board of Directors on March 19, 2025 to the Annual General Meeting scheduled on May 27, 2025 (as well as the related Statutory Auditors' report), the information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors, and the sustainability report.

Legrand announces the acquisition of Computer Room Solutions (CRS) in datacenters in Australia

Legrand is pursuing its active bolt-on acquisition strategy with today’s announcement of Computer Room Solutions (CRS).

Computer Room Solutions (CRS) is a leading player in the design, development, manufacturing and commissioning of white space infrastructure for datacenters (including structural ceilings, airflow optimization containment, and mechanical walls).

Based in Mascot, Sydney, CRS employes nearly 80 people with an annual revenue of around €30 million.

The investors CSR digital event held on March 25, 2025, is the opportunity for Legrand to launch its 6th CSR roadmap for the period 2025-2027. Legrand announces a €500 million bond issue maturing in 2035

Legrand today completed a fixed-rate bond issue for an amount of €500 million with a 10-year maturity and an annual coupon of 3.625%.
This operation raises the average maturity of bond debt to 5.7 years, with the next repayment date set for March 6, 2026 for an amount of €400 million.
The success of this issue, subscribed close to 3 times at closing, demonstrates once again investor confidence in the soundness of Legrand’s development model.
