Legrand today announced the appointment of Mrs. Gloria Glang at the head of its Strategy and Development Department, effective October 1st, 2019. She has also been appointed a member of the Group Executive Committee.
This policy is mainly structured around 5 objectives: gender diversity, inclusivity towards people with disabilities, intergenerational collaboration, Social and cultural diversity, inclusion of LGBT+ people.
The award was handed over on October 2nd, 2019 in Paris to Emmanuelle Levine, Group General Counsel.
This award is attributed annually by Labrador, the specialist of regulated communication, since 2008 on the basis of an assessment grid designed by an independent scientific committee, comprising 205 criteria.
Legrand signed the Climate Manifesto on the occasion of the COP 21 in 2015, and the first version of the French Business Climate Pledge in 2017. Benoît Coquart, CEO, signed the French Climate Pledge on August 29th 2019, in the framework of the Rencontre des Entrepreneurs de France (LaREF), strengthening Legrand’s historically strong commitment to limiting the impact of its activities on the environment.

The 14th edition of the Annual General Meeting Awards took place on July 10, 2019 during the Paris Europlace's International Financial Forum.
Legrand won the top prize in the 14th edition of the CAC 40 Annual General Meeting Awards organized by the Institut du Capitalisme Responsable.
Legrand organized on June 12, 2019 an investor day in Paris with the participation of its entire Executive Committee and its specialists in connected products and digital infrastructure. It will be an opportunity for Legrand to come back on Eliot program’s very good showings at year-end 2018 and Netatmo’s contribution to developing the Group’s connected offering, while announcing new Eliot targets for 2022. Legrand also plans to continue to grow its leadership positions in digital infrastructure (notably in datacenters), a key field in deploying connected objects in buildings.
Legrand, the global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, is today publishing its 4th CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) roadmap, which sets out its CSR priorities for the 2019-2021 period. Following on from three highly successful previous roadmaps, today’s new step embodies the Group’s determination to support the development of buildings with a view to progress for its employees, for society and for the planet. This impetus is reflected both in the roadmap’s structure and timespan, and in its priority challenges.
The Legrand Registration Document was filed on April 10, 2019 with the Autorité des marchés financiers. The reference document includes, in particular, the annual financial report, the report on corporate governance presented in a dedicated section of the management report of the Board of Directors on March 20, 2019 to the Annual General Meeting scheduled on May 29, 2019 (as well as the report of the Statutory Auditors) as well as the information relating to the fees paid to the statutory auditors.
